Background: The Deal Structuring Analyst role will sit within our Deal Structuring (DS) team, a part of the wider Deal Structuring & Pricing Organisation (DSP). This team comprises of pricing experts who work on some of the most exciting, large-scale consulting and outsourcing projects around the world. Our work is at the intersection of strategy, finance, and innovation, helping clients navigate complex challenges with smart financial solutions. Whether you’re crunching numbers or brainstorming creative ways to structure deals, we’re all about finding the smartest path forward!

Your Role: As a Deal Structuring Analyst, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we approach client deals. You’ll be working with a talented, diverse team to ensure that our pricing is spot on, cost-effective, and aligned with client needs that adhere top Accenture’s internal policies and US GAAP accounting standards. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across Accenture and have the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. What You’ll Do:

• Analyze Client Budgets: Dive into financial data to spot any missing information and prepare action plans that help us get everything in line for client approval.
• Work with Deal Teams: Use your costing insights and pricing tools to help determine the optimal price and margin for deals. You’ll be working on a variety of interesting and complex projects with teams across the globe.
• Spot Risks & Opportunities: Work with your team to identify financial risks and opportunities and   Nocome up with ways to mitigate them. You’ll help us make smarter, better-informed decisions that benefit everyone.
• Collaborate Across Teams: From tax to legal, you’ll work closely with different experts to make sure all deals are tax-efficient and legally sound. It’s all about making sure the deal works for everyone, in every way!
• Influence the Deal: You’ll have a seat at the table to present financial insights to Sales and Finance leaders, influencing how deals are shaped and negotiated.
• Problem-Solve & Improve: If there’s a deal with financial challenges, you’ll help drive improvements to ensure we get the best possible outcome for both us and our clients.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: We’re big on continuous learning, so you’ll be actively contributing to knowledge-sharing and thought leadership in the team, ensuring we stay at the top of our game!

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’re a Recent Graduate or Early Career Professional: With a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification like CA/CPA is a plus.
• Candidates with Australian Citizenship preferred for this role.
• Numbers & Microsoft Excel Savvy: You have a solid understanding of financial concepts and are highly ‘excelled’ in Excel (we’ll even assess your skills as part of the process!). Bonus points if you’ve worked with financial modeling or US GAAP accounting standards.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: You manage your time well and love diving into details to ensure everything’s accounted for—no stone left unturned!
• A Problem Solver: You’re not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to find creative solutions. Challenges don’t deter you—they motivate you!
• Great Communicator: You’re able to explain complex ideas clearly, both in writing and in conversation. You’re comfortable talking to everyone from entry-level teammates to senior leaders.
