Due to continued growth, we are offering an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their business career in Corporate Services. This role will develop your corporate skills from ground zero. You will be an integral Operations team member assisting with branding, marketing, communication and administration tasks.

Depending on your skills, and under the direction of our team, your scope may include activities covering;

Branding and Communication (Marketing)

• Assist with activities for implementing the Diversus marketing strategy

• Support the development of a more engaging, collaborative and connecting intranet by providing contemporary insights

• Maintain our Digital Workplace (intranet) to keep it current/relevant

• Assist with end-to-end event coordination and branding/promotional activities

• Assist with events and campaigns for our technology partners and other campaigns

• Assist with social media platform posts and campaigns

• Assist with website content changes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate delivery of operational and strategic marketing activities

• Any other marketing initiatives

• General administration as directed

Required skills and competencies:

• Progressing towards a Business degree with major in marketing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly competent (intermediate+) with MS suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Desirable to have experience across any of the following; Canva/graphic design tools, Monday.com/MS planner/event planner platforms, company social media platforms, survey tools/platforms, Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365

Outside of experience, we are looking for someone that demonstrates they can deliver across the following key people-centred skills;

• Mature, team-oriented

• Demonstrate initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Possess a pro-active and positive attitude with a strong commitment to deliver results
