Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries and daily operational support, becoming the linchpin of our tech ecosystem. 
  • Take charge of incident tickets, ensuring timely escalations and resolutions, while maintaining our high standards and guidelines. 
  • Efficiently manage and execute assigned tasks, showcasing your ability to handle responsibilities promptly and effectively. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless IT service support and integration. 
  • Assist in managing IT equipment storage, tagging, records, and deployment, gaining hands-on experience in inventory management.

What You'll Do:

  • Get hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and setup of IT equipment, preparing you for real-world tech challenges. 
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, enhancing their computing experience and resolving issues efficiently. 
  • Play a crucial role in onboarding new staff and managing laptop deployments, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members. 
  • Troubleshoot and support meeting room video conference systems, ensuring flawless communication across the organization. 
  • Assist in managing documentation and ensuring all processes comply with policies and service level agreements (SLAs). 
  • Gain experience in providing technical support across various offices within the AirAsia Group in Malaysia, expanding your professional network.
