The Programme

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team.  

This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in optimizing finance operations and enhancing financial processes.  

The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and eager to learn about financial efficiency and operational improvements in a dynamic business environment. 

What You Will Do

• Assist in analyzing and streamlining finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support financial reporting, including preparing and reconciling financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and performance tracking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in process automation and implementation of financial controls.
• Work with various departments to improve financial workflows and data accuracy.
• Assist in financial audits by compiling necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and contribute to finance-related projects. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with data analysis, including working with Alteryx, and Tableau, is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations is a plus but not required.
