The ANCA Graduate Program offers a tailored learning experience with purpose-built rotations across various disciplines and departments to complement your growth. You will gain on the job training, contribute to impactful projects, and be supported with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Join us on a permanent, full-time basis
  • Spend the initial 18 months in our ANCA Graduate Program
  • Get exposure to key areas across the business through program rotations
  • Learn from those who are passionate about what they do – have a dedicated Mentor to guide and support

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the ANCA Graduate Program, you must: 

  • Be currently in the final year of your degree program, finishing your degree prior to Graduate Program commencement, or
  • Have graduated in the last 24 months at the time of application
  • Be currently residing within Australia with current working rights

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Apply Online
    Click ‘Apply Now’ to fill out and submit your application for our Recruitment team to review. Be sure to add your resume, cover letter and academic transcript
  • Online Video Interview
    If shortlisted, you will receive an email invitation to complete an online one-way video interview. This interview is not live and allows you to record your responses to five pre-determined questions. This will allow us to get to know a bit more about you, your interests and motivations.
  • Assessment Centre/Interview
    Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an on-site, face-to-face assessment centre in September. This is an opportunity to delve deeper into your skills and experiences and showcase your abilities and potential through both group activities and an individual interview. You will also get a chance to tour ANCA’s facilities to learn more about who we are and what we do! 
  • Offer
    After reference checks, successful candidates will receive an offer.
