The Programme 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

• Application review for application of PW method and feasibility report for the best results. 
• PW tool check, Lab equipment management, Schedule management. 
• Own a laboratory, set up tasks for Fixture and produces a test report and supports tool set up & equipment for the best weld quality in the field. 
• Assess and approve creative solution proposals for deposition quality problems. 
• Evaluate Assembly Quality of IR Emitter & Laser Tool. 
• Carry out equipment management and 5S of laboratory and concentrate on prevention of safety.
• In case of welding quality problems, identify the cause and propose solutions, and provide differentiated technical services to our customers for competitive advantage.

For This Role, You Will Need: 

• Equivalent experience in Engineering or related fields will be considered in lieu of an associate degree or higher. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome. 
• Partnership skills with a wide variety of people. 
• Efforts to collaborate with others, analyze problems, and tackle them 
• Good interpersonal skills in both Korean and English. 
• Ability to be creative by learning and experiencing new things 
• Ability to travel as the need arises.
