We are currently seeking a high-calibre individual to join our Recruitment Team to source and assess both operational roles and potential candidates for FDM’s unique Careers Program.
You should be self-motivated, hardworking, and resilient. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will also be well-organized and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit entry-level IT talent for FDM’s Australian operations
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Seek, GradConnection, and other job platforms
Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings
Participate in university career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives across Australia
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring high engagement and securing offer acceptances for FDM’s Careers Program
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively
Complete required reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Passion for a career in recruitment and/or sales
Comfortable with cold calling candidates and potential clients
Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
Ability to quickly master operational systems such as Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office Suite
