Job description - Operations Graduate
If you want to understand how global freight businesses operate – this is the perfect Graduate Operations role for you. In this operations graduate role, you will join a small expert team and have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business.

You can expect hands-on training from day one and hone your skills in supply chain and logistics.

This unique logistics role is ideal if you have graduated in logistics, supply chain, or business. However, applications will not be limited to these subjects if you can show a real passion for the industry.  

Key responsibilities - Operations Graduate
This Operations Graduate role in Brisbane is in the sea freight team and you can expect the following tasks but not limited to:

• Customer interaction  
• Carrier interaction  
• Warehouse interaction  
• Documentation preparation – compliance, customs, cargo etc. 
• Coordination with transport providers  

There may be an opportunity in the future to move into other departments:

• General Airfreight export  
• Warehouse operations  
• Perishable & General Airfreight 
• eCommerce  

Job requirements - Operations Graduate
For this Graduate Operations role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant subject e.g. commerce, logistics, or supply chain (this helps, but the subject isn’t an absolute must).
• Have any previous work experience.  
• Have a real interest in developing a career in operations, especially in the freight industry.  
• Comfortable with numbers & data – analytical mindset.  
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). 
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
• Team player & positive person!  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
• Strong attention to detail is a must.  
• Great organizational & project management skills.
