The Graduate Engineer - Solution Architect will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training. You will champion multi-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development.

What You Will Do

Technical:

• Possess a good understanding of principal IT and IT Engineering.
• Assist in integrated system service and designs.
• Assist for application during programming.

Customer Happiness:

• Consistent delivery of Outstanding Technical Support solutions and innovation to customers.
• Assessment of customer site for installation requirements and design.
• Engage in customer-facing activities.

Management:

• Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to field delivery team.
• Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld.
• Ensures that Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.
• Analyze growth opportunities & product development needs.
• Coach on targeted product value propositions.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree/ High Diploma in IT or Telecommunication.
• PC certification (Desirable).
• Knowledge of Telecommuting fields services is a plus.
• Self-starting, able to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Willing to develop extensive product knowledge in formal training, and in “on the job” environments, working with latest Honeywell technology a standout colleague that can share standard methodology and develop engineering teams.
• Basic knowledge of the field's standards and specifications.
• Excellent communication - both verbal and written.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies.
• Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates.
