Sales Associate - Marketing

The Programme 

Position objective: Revenue generation, Lead generation, Cold calling. 
 Shift: US Shift. 
 
Key functional area: 

  • Generation of qualified leads through various sources. 
  • Cold calling. 
  • Appointment setting with decision maker/s of the organization.
  • Knowledge of CRM. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Cold calling, campaigning, bulk emailing, social networking etc. 
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation. 
  • Handle the initial level of calls with decision makers. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

Personal attributes: 

  • Outstanding communication skills in verbal, written and presentation. 
  • Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator. 
  • Good sales acumen, knowledge of CRM. 
  • A go-getter, detail & result oriented. 
  • Excellent internet / web research capability. 
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and take initiatives accordingly.
  • A person with high energy levels and openness to learn new things. 

Requirements 

  • Qualification: - MBA- Marketing- (Graduate- any Engineering stream) 
  • Experience: - 0 to 2 years of Sales experience (1 year for international)
