2026 Kmart Group Graduate Program - Retail Operations & Strategy (Anko Global)

Big ideas. Global impact. Your career starts here.

Ready to go global?

Join the Kmart Group Graduate Program and be the first-ever grad to join our Anko Global team—a once-in-a-career opportunity to help shape how we take one of Australia’s most loved brands to the world.

Anko Global is where innovation meets scale. Backed by the Kmart Group, we’re expanding our private label brand, Anko, into global markets with affordable, quality, innovative, on trend products, and powerful partnerships. With 12,000+ products and counting, we’re not just delivering value—we’re redefining it for a whole new generation of shoppers around the world.

At Anko Global, you won’t just observe global business—you’ll live it. Get ready for hands-on projects, big-picture strategy, and the kind of experience that will shape your career, fast.

What You’ll Experience

As our Anko Global graduate, you’ll gain exposure across our end-to-end commercial engine. From building product ranges to supporting international partnerships, this program will give you insight into how a global retail business operates—and grows.

You’ll rotate through teams like:

  • Strategy & Commercial – explore new markets, support big-picture plans, and help drive growth globally
  • Category Management – get hands-on with product selection, pricing, and what makes ranges actually work
  • Inventory & Planning – understand how product flows, stock moves, and value is delivered to customers
  • Wholesale Coordination – collaborate with international partners and keep operations humming across borders

With 3–4 rotations over two years, you’ll discover what drives you - and be supported every step of the way with mentoring, tailored learning, and plenty of stretch opportunities. At the successful completion of the program, you’ll land a permanent role in a team that aligns with your strengths and passions.
