Job Description

As a Transaction Services Intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of merger & acquisition transactions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry experts and contribute to projects that shape the future of leading organisations across diverse sectors. 

Working alongside seasoned professionals, you'll be involved in providing support for buy-side merger & acquisition and sell-side divestiture processes, with a primary focus on enhancing stakeholder value. This will involve identifying key risks and benefits early in the transaction life cycle. Our team offers comprehensive advisory services that span the entire transaction lifecycle. This includes financial due diligence, commercial due diligence, synergies assessments, operational due diligence, value creation, and post-deal integration & separation support.
