Project Title:

• Process time study for entire MMP manufacturing operations. 

Description:

• Complete the time study for Comp Assy, Test, SSD, Module manufacturing operations. 

Scope:

• Engage with manufacturing/ process engineering team to understand and perform time study. 
• Data collection and identification of missing process steps for FIX/LMR/LVR operations. 
• Analysis of time study and revision of FIX, LMR, LVR. 

Supporting Team:

• Mfg. 
• Process Engineering. 
• Equipment Engineering. 
• IE. 

Deliverables:

• Able to redefine the existing FIX, LMR, LVR Headcount data measurement. 
• Resulting in improvement of Headcount model. 
• Able to improve the Labor Productivity Index. 

Stretch Goal:

• Involved in providing input for improving the headcount analysis. 
• Able to identify non-value activities in the process.
