Our opportunity

As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the tactical implementation and deliverables of marketing plans on a day to day basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist and support S&M strategies, programs, objectives, policies and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
• Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
• Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis.
• Manage online listings and eDMs
• Edit and prepare imagery for use online.
• Prepare meeting minutes and agendas.
•  Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing.
• Assist in managing communication/ PR/ social media/project issues.

Your point of difference

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator or a recent Marketing Graduate with prior experience in the Real Estate sector in an Admin or Marketing capacity. You are eager to learn and with a can do attitude, ideally you will also have:

• Good Microsoft Suite skills
• Adobe Creative suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop)
• CRM, CMS, EDM systems skills
