Business Development Intern - B2B

The Programme

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to focus on B2B partnerships. 
 
This role will involve identifying, initiating, and nurturing relationships with startups and relevant stakeholders, facilitating the integration of our products and services into their offerings.  
 
The intern will play a crucial role in generating leads, negotiating terms, and building strong partnerships to drive mutual success. 

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, executives, and decision-makers. 
  • Facilitate the integration of our products/services into startup offerings, creating mutually beneficial placements and revenue opportunities. 
  • Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into strategic partnerships and placement opportunities. 
  • Negotiate terms, draft agreements, and finalize contracts to ensure alignment and mutual success. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for partnerships. 
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute partnership strategies effectively. 
  • Track, analyze, and report partnership metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and client relations. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
