We are looking for Business Analysts to join our team who will be responsible for ERP implementation projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be the single point of contact for customers/clients, leading a project from beginning to end. 

Your role will involve but not limited to:

• Gather and analyse customer requirements
• Provide customers with the best solutions to their problem
• Implement Odoo based on requirements gathered
• Provide customer with functional assistance as well as training
• Responding to Support Tickets and providing solutions
• Possibility of travelling to clients' offices in the APAC region to provide on-site training

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At ease with software
• Fluent in English + an APAC language (Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa etc.)
