What You Will Do

• Provide end-to-end support from project requirement identification till project completion.
• Partner with multiple functions to understand their pain-points and deliver solutions in an effective and timely manner.
• Involved in research of new technologies.
• Perform application upgrades and migration to the latest cloud technologies.
• Enhance existing applications and mobile experience.
• Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to local and remote end-users (User training).
