The Programme

The successful candidate will support integrated solutions and the Asset Performance & Optimization team at Sembcorp Solar.  

Responsibilities include solar data analysis and cross-departmental coordination to drive strategic alignment and advance Sembcorp's energy transition efforts.

What You Will Do

• Support in automation improvements of daily operational activities. 
• Manage data onboarding into analytics tools.
• Support commissioning and pre-configuration of monitoring devices for new solar sites (e.g., dataloggers, sensors).
• Assist in creating and validating monitoring dashboards.
• Organize routine data extraction and perform level 1 analysis on underperforming sites.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for newly onboarded sites.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Validate data from newly activated sites and assist in troubleshooting communication devices.
• Track open items for site operations using tools like Excel or Power Apps.
• Manage site documents, user accounts on the monitoring platform, and inventory organization.
• Support engineers with data analysis and operational tasks. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Technical background in renewable energy or coding (Python) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with monitoring platforms is desirable.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
