The Programme

The Intern will support various projects and tasks, including requirement gathering, process design, user acceptance testing, training material preparation, and documentation.

• ThermalOS System Building: Assist in system building, including requirement collection, process design, UAT, end user training, historical data migration, documentation, etc.
• Data Submission and Reporting Automation: Assist in data submission and reporting automation projects for GADS submission, SLC reporting, SGX reporting, IAF reporting, etc., including requirement collection, process design, UAT, end user training, historical data migration, documentation, etc.
• Integral Global Rollout: Assist in the enhancement and 2025 rollout of Integra Global, including new feature requirement gathering, testing, preparation of training materials, data migration, documentation, etc.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• Data Management and Analysis: Proficiency in data management and analysis (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL) is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, with the ability to summarize complex thoughts into clear and simple instructive statements.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with asset platforms and systems (e.g., EtaPro, GADS, SAP Plant Maintenance, IG e-PTW, GenSuite) is beneficial.
