- Financial Reconciliation: Validate and reconcile commission with merchants and affiliate networks and raise invoices. Ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining validation processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate validation records and databases. Utilize scripts and tools for reporting and analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Finance, Product, Customer Service, etc.) to support financial decision-making and provide financial insights as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities
Essentials to Succeed:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or analytical roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for communicating clear solutions to complex problems.
- Proficiency in excel and SQL is a must. Knowledge of Python would be an advantage.
- Effective and proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
