What You Will Do

Coordinate with project teams to prepare proposals, marketing and presentation materials.
Monitor and maintain system database.
Prepare regular reports.
Provide administrative support to the Director.
Assist in other job duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience in the architectural / urban planning industry is desirable.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
Self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multitask, able to work with initiative and unsupervised.
Flexible, detailed-minded, able to follow guidelines and deliver.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential; ability to communicate well with project teams and clients.
Proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and other design software is an advantage
