Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Video Introduction
You will be invited to complete a self-recorded interview from the comfort of your own home. This is your chance to answer questions about your goals, aspirations, skills and personal values. Don't worry - you will have plenty of time to prepare for each question, and we are looking forward to getting to know you better.
Step 3: Recruitment Event
This epic day based at the Air New Zealand Hub in Auckland is your chance to network with Air New Zealanders and our hiring team. You will hear from our senior leaders before having interviews with our teams to discuss your experience, achievements and capabilities. You will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions about the work you could be doing and the impact you will make.
Step 4: Job Offer
After the pre-employment checks, you will receive a job offer to join the Air New Zealand whānau.
