    Work life balance at ANZ

Flexibility

ANZ acknowledges the benefits of flexible work and offers flexible work practices for employees in most workgroups. Eligible employees can work up to half their working time remotely.

On average in a calendar month, eligible ANZ employees should spend a minimum of 50% of their time in an ANZ workplace.

After the completion of the graduate programme and depending on your role and location, part-time hours and job share arrangements are possible for some roles and locations, to give you the time you need for life outside of ANZ.
