Program design

12 months in Account Management or Field Engineering at your home country
3 months operational project at your home country
6 months strategic project in your region (Asia), e.g. in marketing, finance, HR
3 months international assignment out of your region (out of Asia)

Desired skills and experience

A master degree in Business or Engineering, with less than 3 years working experience
International experience through studies, internships or working in a multi-national company
Engaged in activities beyond studies and demonstrate great leadership skills
Passionate about learning a business from the ground up in order to one day lead the business
Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English and can speak the local language of the country you apply
Willing to relocate internationally for both short and long term
