Application process and required documents
To apply for any of our programs, visit www.nab.com.au/earlycareers
You'll need to complete an application form. This is where you'll get the chance to tell us about who you are, your skills and your experience. You'll also need to nominate your chosen business area.
Once you have submitted your online application, successful candidates will then go through the following steps:
- Online Assessment
a variety of online assessments to identify your capabilities and understand how you work.
- The Video Interview
this is where we get to know you better. We’ll ask you a few questions and you’ll record your responses.
- The Engagement Centre
our final stage of recruitment which gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills by participating in a range of interactive activities.
Do your research. Understand the business area you've applied for and why you're interested in a career at NAB. You can't change your mind after submitting your online application or starting the program, so please choose carefully.
You'll also need to upload:
- a copy of your undergraduate academic transcript (non-certified transcript is fine. We use this to confirm your degree discipline and areas of study)
- a copy of your postgraduate results if you've completed postgraduate study
We don't look at your GPA/WAM, your transcript is a useful reference to confirm degree discipline or major.
Selection Process
Once we've had a look at your application, if you meet our eligibility criteria we'll keep in touch throughout the selection process to let you know how your application is tracking. Make sure you give us the email you most regularly use.
