Application Process

Your application should include a CV/resume (max of 2 pages with ATAR, university WAM/Cumulative GPA, and expected graduation date), cover letter and academic transcript in order to be considered. Please combine and upload the requested documents in a single PDF document. - Application Assessment
Our team will be reviewing your profile and will be in touch if you are shortlisted to the next stage of our interview process. In case you may be wondering, yes - we do read your cover letter! This is a great way for us to get to know you a bit better outside of your CV/resume, along with your motivations for joining consulting and our firm. - Online Video Assessment and Interviews
If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to complete an on-demand video interview. Successful candidates from the video assessment will be invited to our interview rounds, where you will undergo a mixture of Case and CV interviews with our consultants and Partners. - Offer
