Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program offers rich development, inclusion and exploration opportunities.

We have been consistently recognised as a Top Graduate Employer by The Australian Financial Review and Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE).

Our Graduate positions begin in February each year, and are permanent offers of employment. Your first two years will be as part of the Graduate Program, after which you will be supported to move into a role within the business which will kick-start the next stage of your career.

During the program, you will:

• Participate in focused learning and development events and volunteering days with other Graduates from across Australia
• Be partnered with a Career Coach who will support your professional development and future career options
• Gain meaningful exposure to Stockland's most senior leaders, including our MD & CEO, who started his career as a Graduate – just like you!
• Tackle real business challenges with the support of Stockland's Innovation team, and present your ideas back to the relevant teams

Almost all of our Graduate roles are rotational, offering you the opportunity to see into many different corners of Stockland and decide what you are most interested in.
