Parental Leave A family friendly workplace culture is one where working families and carers are supported to combine their work and family life commitments. Permanent full time and part time employees who are the primary carer are entitled to 15 weeks paid parental leave and secondary carers are entitled to 2-weeks of paid parental leave. | ||
